The Undergraduate Academic Advising Council (UAAC) is sponsored by the Executive Vice Chancellor-Academic Affairs and the Dean of Undergraduate Education. The UAAC is comprised of staff who provide academic advising services at the undergraduate level in academic departments and programs and in the eight colleges. The group meets regularly to discuss a broad range of issues affecting academic advising, and to exchange information, share best practices, and solve problems. The meetings provide a forum for networking and professional development.
The individual members of this group have a wealth of knowledge and experience. As the UAAC, they are a visible and recognized campus resource, speaking and working as a collective to help improve academic advising services and address related issues that may impact the quality of the undergraduate experience.

Annual Meetings
The Council meets 2-3 times per quarter during Fall, Winter, and Spring quarters. The May meeting is an extended meeting for College/Department/Program Advisors. Please see the schedule for the current year below. UAAC meetings will be held via Zoom unless noted otherwise.
