Our Mission

In alignment with the UC San Diego Strategic Plan’s focus on a student-centered university, the mission of the UC San Diego Division of Undergraduate Education is to enable our campus community to support undergraduate students in their academic and co-curricular pursuits. Our division works with the undergraduate residential colleges, which bring together academic and student affairs to enhance the undergraduate experience. We partner with divisions, departments, the Academic Senate, and administrative units to help create a culture that values undergraduate diversity, success, and achievement.
